Polina Bakh

I am an illustrator living and working in London. My main inspiration is people and their unique stories. I enjoy noticing the small details and gestures that make up a person’s character, and how these can be translated into a visual narrative.

My personal work explores themes of women’s empowerment and mental health, topics which I am very passionate about. In 2016 I took part in an Instagram wide 100 Day Project, and created a hundred portraits of women from different walks of life and time periods, whose stories I found interesting.
